Since 2014, we’ve organised and transported the race Management’s teams, pilots, engineers, media companies and partners. For 6 years, we’ve continued to work with their clients, agencies, and global marketing partners.
The challenge
Our annual challenges include balancing transportation schedules, thousands of guests, and organising selected vehicles for specific needs.
Our solution
Accord - Driving the Game services include airport transfers, cars with English-speaking drivers, and cars for rent without drivers, which can be delivered to the guest in any place at any time. There is always a representative at the airport to meet with guests, answer their questions, and get them where they need to be.
Some of our vehicles are reserved for the Management, representing the teams, pilots, and engineers. We organise a schedule to make sure they are on time for their meetings, races, and events.
The schedule is crucial, but so is flexibility. As an example, in 2017 we responded quickly when 50 staff were due to leave Sochi and required transport from their hotel to the airport at 3 a.m. Within half an hour we had backup airport transfer sorted and they were on their way.
We also support media companies with transport and personnel, including a shuttle service from hotels to the track. To make sure the event is recorded, we transport photographers and videographers on the race track itself.
Always committed to go further for our clients, the Accord - Driving the Game team even hired trucks to help one of our media partners set up a huge Rolex billboard 5 metres above the ground.
The results
The race Management has been consistently happy with our partnership. We continue to work together in the Russian territories. We are also planning to expand into events in Europe and North America. Recently, the partners invited us to work with one of their associated companies in Baku, Azerbaijan.
